Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your visa application, refunds will be applicable under the following conditions:

• Once you make the payment at emiratesvisitvisas.com, we begin processing your order immediately. Refunds are only possible if your application has not been processed or submitted to immigration for further approval.
• Cancellations related to insurance will not be accepted once the policy has been processed or the insurance document has been issued based on your consent.
• No refund will be provided once your visa application has been approved by the UAE Visa Issuing Authority (i.e., once the visa is posted).
• If you request cancellation after we have processed your application within 4 hours, and it has not yet been accepted or paid at the immigration department, a standard deduction of $70.00 will apply.
• If you request cancellation after 24 hours, only 50% of the visa fee will be refunded (service fees and bank charges are non-refundable).
• If your application has already been forwarded to the Embassy after 24 hours, no refund can be processed.
• For any approved visa that you wish to cancel, a mandatory cancellation fee from the immigration department will apply. We also charge a service fee of $200.00 for processing the cancellation.
• Additional services such as RT-PCR tests, travel insurance, and airport transfers are provided by third-party vendors. Refunds for these services depend on the provider’s terms, and in some cases, may not be refundable.
• No refund will be processed in case of rejection if you have already applied through another service provider or directly in the government system.
• Due to the ongoing global COVID-19 situation, immigration authorities may deny or cancel e-visas for certain nationalities without prior notice. In such cases, no refund will be provided. This policy is effective from February 1, 2020 until further notice.
• Service fees (26 USD), express service fees (200 USD), and transaction charges are strictly non-refundable.
• If the Embassy rejects your visa application or requests additional documents that you fail to provide, no refund will be issued.

You may request visa cancellation by contacting our support team via phone or email. Please note that emiratesvisitvisas.com does not process refunds for credit-card payments made more than 3 months prior under any circumstances.

Insurance Policy

When applying for travel insurance along with your visa, please note the following:

• Payment for travel insurance can be completed only after your visa has been approved.
• The approved visa and insurance documents will be issued only after the full payment for insurance has been made.
• Insurance costs vary based on individual details and may change depending on conditions not listed here.
• Insurance fees are non-refundable once the insurance has been issued, including cases of changes in travel plans.
• Only UAE government-approved travel insurance policies are accepted. Insurance purchased from private or foreign agencies will not be considered valid.
• All insurance must comply with UAE Government COVID-19 guidelines. If you apply for insurance through us, you do not need to apply separately through airlines or private companies.
• No visa application will be forwarded without an active travel insurance policy.

Processing Time

The processing times displayed on emiratesvisitvisas.com are approximate and based on normal Embassy/Consulate operations. Processing time begins only after all required documents are submitted to the Embassy/Consulate. Delays may occur due to requests for additional documents, public holidays, or internal processing delays.

emiratesvisitvisas.com is not responsible for any visa denial, cancellation, or financial loss resulting from delays caused by the Embassy. No service fees, embassy fees, shipping charges, or any portion of visa fees will be refunded due to processing delays or denial of service.
